Hey there. How the heck are ya?

“What if we could…”

What if we could analyze a brand’s entire digital presence? What if we could build a media model that helps people understand where their dollars are actually working? What if we could make a mountain of agency knowledge searchable and conversational? What if we could take some weird, messy, manual process and turn it into an actual product?

That is, more or less, how things start around here.

Who we are

We’re the product folks at RADaR Analytics. We have people focused on engineering, product development, and the spaces in between, but we’re much more interested in solving the problem than defending the boundaries of a job description.

On paper, we have titles. In practice, we operate pretty flat.

Anyone can lead. Anyone can execute. Often the same person is doing both depending on the day.

Why we exist

Our goal is pretty simple: Build really cool products that help the agencies across Meet The People get better at what they do.

Sometimes that means giving people faster access to information.
Sometimes it means helping them understand a brand, a campaign, or a dataset in a completely new way.
Sometimes it means eliminating work nobody should have been doing manually in the first place.
Sometimes it means building something that didn’t exist yesterday.

And the audience doesn’t have to be internal. We can build products directly for clients too, when that’s where the opportunity is.

We’re also not just a software factory

Not every useful conversation needs to end with us writing code. We want to be a place people can bring ideas.

A sounding board.

A group that can help answer, “Is this possible?” or “Could technology make this better?” or “I have this half-formed idea and I’m not sure what it is yet.”

We can help shape the idea, pressure-test it, prototype it, or build the whole thing. And if the right answer is don’t build anything, that’s useful too.

What we’re capable of

Our work already spans AI, machine learning, data products, statistical modeling, semantic search, computer vision, web applications, automation, and the infrastructure required to make all of that actually work.

We’ve built products that analyze brands and creative identities, model media performance, search large collections of agency knowledge, and turn disconnected information into something people can actually use.

But the list of technologies isn’t really the interesting part.

The interesting part is that we’re a small group of people who can move from:

“Wouldn’t it be cool if…” to “Here, try this.” … surprisingly quickly.

So bring us the strange problem. Bring us the ambitious idea. Bring us the spreadsheet that has somehow become a critical business system. Bring us the thing you’re pretty sure technology should be able to solve, even if you have no idea how. That’s kind of why we’re here.

Just know that if you start a sentence with “What if we could…”, there’s a decent chance somebody on this team is going to try.

So go ahead, say hello. There’s a comment box on here somewh… oh there it is 👇
